2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 egg
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. peanut butter
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In bowl combine oats, brown sugar and chocolate chips. In another bowl, stir together egg, corn syrup, peanut butter and vanilla; stir into oat mixture until evenly coated.
Grease fingertip; pat mixture evenly into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes. Cut.
